How I work
AI creates value when it improves one concrete decision.
I said it at the Tourism Innovation Summit 2026 and it is the rule behind everything I build. These are the six things you can expect from me on any project.
- 01
Purpose before tools
First, which decision we want to improve. Then, which data it needs and who makes it. Technology is chosen last, and sometimes the answer is that AI is not needed.
- 02
I deliver working things
No months of slide decks. Things that work from day one, with the scope closed before we start, and that grow afterwards on top of what already works.
- 03
Agents propose, people confirm
No automation makes an important decision without a human in front of it. Confirmation before acting, a recycle bin instead of deletion, a history of everything. A rule, not an option.
- 04
Private by architecture
Servers in Europe, customer data where it belongs, nothing used to train someone else's models. Privacy is not a checkbox: it is how the thing is built.
- 05
Clarity is a form of kindness
Short messages, reports you read in ten minutes, no jargon that is not needed. If something does not fit or will not work, I say so early and in writing.
- 06
I use it before I sell it
Zina works for me every day. The processes I design I use with my own teams. The AI adoption I offer, I lead in my own company.
